Can I use the NoL for my neighbor’s meters? What about the entire community?

Many are plagued by neighboring meters and infrastructure. There are some who have banks of meters near them, and changing their personal meter back to analogue would make little difference.

The NoL states “a meter at or near my dwelling or workplace…”, and “near” is defined as the Claimant defines it. This is due to a clause which states “all words are as the Claimant defines them…”Thus it can mean your personal meter and everyone in your neighborhood, or town, or county, or state, or country, or continent, or the entire planet, if you consider it “near”…
