What happens if I miss a week or month in between Rounds?

This Liability Action is your process, and you are in the driver’s seat with it. As such, you have the benefit of changing this timing, and in general, any delays will not reflect the power of your process.

That being said, part of the built-in functionality of the Notice of Fault (Round 2) and Notice of Default (Round 3) is to rebut any letters or envelopes you receive after sending the previous round. As such, it does help if that correspondence is replied to in a reasonably timely manner.
