What is the recommended ordering of pages/documents in my mailing?

Here is the positioning order for documents in an envelope, with the Notice of Liability (Round 1) as example:

  1. Bill of Lading (on top)
  2. Notice of Liability+ Exhibit (stapled together)
  3. Affidavit (stapled)

It is strongly recommended to not change the order of pages within the documents.
